Consider administering medication

Medication administration:
• Assist in the administration of medications belonging to the Victim.
• Possible administration of 150-300mg of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) after consultation with the Medical Dispatcher.
• Attention to:Allergic to salicylates and esophageal and gastric ulcers.

Typical symptoms (the most common):

• Pain in the chest, which may radiate to the left arm, jaw, neck, back or abdomen.
• Difficulty breathing
• Sweating
• A feeling of palpitations
• Nausea, vomiting, weakness
• Skin color “marbled”

 “Abdominal mask” of a heart attack:
These are symptoms that can mistakenly indicate food poisoning:
• nausea 
• vomiting,
• abdominal pain,
• diarrhea.

What is important in such a situation is the event preceding the onset of such symptoms:
• Exertion, severe stress, etc. ­> suspected myocardial infarction
• Consumption of food of questionable freshness> suspected food poisoning
