Secure the cause of the poisoning

Causes:
• Food (spoiled)
• Chemicals: liquids, gases, vapors, powders
• Alcohol
• Drugs
• Medications

Symptoms (typical):
• Nausea/vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal pain,
• Dizziness
• Pallor
• Gorączka

Routes of poisoning:
• Oral
• Inhalation
• Through mucous membranes
• Percutaneous

Remember:
• If the cause is a corrosive substance, do not induce vomiting.
• In the case of poisoning with corrosive substances, do not conduct mouth-to-mouth ventilation.
