Article 4 Law on State Emergency Medical Services (PRM Act) - obligation to provide assistance.
Article 5. PRM Act - legal protection of the rescuer
• Rescuer - public official
• The right to use or destroy material property to save the life or health of another person
Article 162. Criminal Code - Penalty of up to 3 years in prison for failing to render assistance when necessary (a condition that endangers health or life in the Victim).

The safety of the rescuer always comes first!
Personal Protection:
• Protective gloves (plastic bags can be substituted)
• Mask for artificial respiration
Physiology - respiration
Correct:
• 2-3 / 10 seconds
• regular
• natural skin color
Agonal:
• weak, shallow
• irregular
• single sigh
• “gulping” of air
• skin color gray/sin
Lack of breath:
• no movement of the chest can be seen
• no breathing murmurs can be heard
• skin gray / bluish in color
In the absence of circulation in the Victim, permanent brain damage occurs after 3-5 minutes!
